a decent stay
shopping center easy transportation large hotel outdated carpets
the hotel is next to a large shopping center with plenty of restaurants. a mtr station is also located there. this made accessing food and transportation very easy for me.
the hotel is quite large. it took me over ten minutes to walk to the trains inside the subway station. the carpets in the hallway looked outdated and should probably be replaced soon.

spacious room bathroom layout easy access missing lounge limited services evening cocktail
my room was really spacious. the bathroom had a great layout with sliding doors (so convenient!). the location is awesome, right by a huge shopping center. getting to food, shops, and the train was super easy.
the absence of the upper lounge really bummed me out. i always looked forward to using its services. it used to be the spot for check-in, breakfast, and evening cocktails. its disappearance was definitely a letdown.

adequate stay, some drawbacks
inconvenient pool cleaning long walk
The pool cleaning schedule was inconvenient. It disrupted pool access on multiple days! staff cleaned the pool area between 11 am and 3 pm. also, the walk to the subway station through the connected mall was longer than expected. it took over 10 minutes each time, though it was dry.
