Reviews and Ratings
I've had a wonderful stay at the Royal Park Hotel, where I'm always impressed by the incredibly clean rooms and the spacious setup. The staff really made my visit special with their attentive service. However, the bathroom had a lingering smell that was a bit off-putting. Despite that, it's hard to beat the convenience of having multiple malls and an MTR station nearby, making my travels around Hong Kong effortless.
During my stay at this hotel, I appreciated the clean and comfortable environment, as well as the helpful staff who went out of their way to assist. The location was superb, with easy access to a shopping mall and public transport. However, I was disappointed by the lack of the executive lounge that I had enjoyed in previous visits, which limited my dining options. Overall, it offers good value for money, but the missing lounge experience was a letdown.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The executive lounge provided a relatively private space with nice amenities, but the strict rules and unwelcoming staff attitudes were quite discouraging. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, and the location near a vibrant shopping mall was convenient. Overall, great potential but the service in the lounge definitely needs improvement.
The hotel is well-placed next to New Town Plaza, which makes shopping and dining convenient. The rooms are spacious but could benefit from better maintenance as they felt stuffy and one even had a lingering smell of smoke. The service was decent, but there were moments where staff seemed distracted. Overall, it's a good place to stay if you value proximity to shopping and transport, but it's not without its issues.
I had an outstanding experience at the Royal Park Hotel. The staff was exceptional, always remembering my name and going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were quite spacious and well-kept, providing a quiet haven away from the city bustle. However, the dining options could use some variety. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. Overall, it's a great value for money, especially for business travelers.
